Differences with traditional intermediation

The fundamental point of differentiation is that I will not be paid by the buyer. The buyer will not pay any commission and I will be able to sit at the negotiating table free to use all my experience and professionalism to pursue your interest. In traditional brokerage, the real estate agent must be independent of the parties and impartial. He is the one who, ex. art. 1754 of the Italian Civil Code, without the constraints of collaboration, dependence or representation, connects two or more parties to conclude a deal. This equidistance is practiced and tenaciously pursued by the best real estate brokerage companies, among which I have the ambition to count the company that I have been managing for years. An impartiality that can only be pursued by those who have a very strong spirit of ethical loyalty towards their customers. Where this ethical rigor is lacking, situations of serious opacity take over. When transparency and ethical sense of the mediator are lacking in the parties, doubts, uncertainties and fears creep in, which can distort the success of the negotiation. The specific consultancy service offered here turns page with respect to all this: - the buyer does not pay commission; - the service is paid only by the seller, who has chosen me as a trusted consultant and uses my services for a considerable period of time, from the preliminary study of the operation to post-sales management; - the buyer is freed from an objective economic weight and a not insignificant psychological weight, that of having to pay a profession who has not chosen himself, but who has found himself "attached" to the desired property; - by not paying the commission, all its budget available for purchase can be raised proportionally; - if desired, the buyer can be joined by a trusted consultant, who will work in his interest without misunderstanding; - as a unilaterally remunerated party consultant, I can transparently compete with buyers to offer the highest possible amount. The intrinsic transparency of the roles derives greater confidence from all the players in the field. Trust and transparency are the values that inspire this service - new for Italy, but widespread in the Anglo-Saxon way - and which must be the basis of the real estate market of the future.
