I graduated in Italian and European law sciences at the University of Turin with a thesis on private law on "The responsibility of the real estate broker". But my personality was formed on the desks of the Classic high school, where I cultivated my passion for history, philosophy, the Greek myth. I am authorized to carry out the business agent activity in mediation both as a real estate agent and as an agent for consideration. I am the managing director of the brokerage company Immo Torino SRl, with offices in Turin and Rimini, which I direct by basing the working method on the principles of maximum transparency, effectiveness and innovation. I am convinced promoter of the collaboration between real estate agents aimed at offering the best customer service. I think that the many - too many - who still refuse the collaboration between professionals do not make the interests of their customers on the basis of business logics that are now outdated and out of the spirit of the time, which contribute to undermining the reputation of the entire category. For this reason, those who do not collaborate do a very different job from mine.

My vision

I want to promote an evolution of the real estate market in which the role of partisan consultant - seller or buyer - plays a decisive role, socially recognized and appreciated. I am convinced that the figure of the traditional mediator must evolve: as a player of an abstractly super partes role and with uncertain profiles of responsibility he must gradually change into that of a specific consultant for the opposing needs of sellers and buyers. I meet daily customers who are ready for this innovation, dissatisfied with the status quo. I address this service to them, confident that the future is on our side.
