I want to promote an evolution of the real estate market in which the figure of the partisan adviser – of the seller or the buyer – plays a decisive, socially recognized and appreciated role.
I am convinced that the figure of the traditional mediator needs to evolve: from a player in an abstractly super partes role with uncertain liability profiles to a specific advisor to the opposing needs of sellers and buyers, highly specialized in offering specific services for sellers and buyers.
I meet daily with people ready for this innovation, dissatisfied with the status quo. To them I direct my services, confident that the future is on our side.
I am a staunch promoter of collaboration among real estate agents aimed at offering the best customer service.
I think that the many – too many – who still reject collaboration among professionals are working against the interests of their clients on the basis of business logic that is now outdated and out of the spirit of the times, which contributes to undermining the reputation of the entire category.
For this reason, those who do not collaborate are doing a very different job than I am.
